    This heated workout combines strength-based training with intentional slow wraps, focusing on proper form and gradually incorporating heavier weights. Designed to enhance your strength and muscular endurance.

    Sculpt is a unique fusion class blending the core-strengthening elements of Mat Pilates with a burn. This low-impact workout focuses on toning all muscle groups and improving strength and flexibility without high-impact stress.

    BURN meets BARRE in a 60 minute full body workout! A balanced blend of cardio, booty and core - this beat-based class will leave you feeling toned & sculpted.

Push Your Limits

  • The instructor made me fall in love with group classes! Being relatively new in my fitness journey, I didn’t think I’d be confident enough to be in that environment yet. She encourages you to push yourself but never beyond an unsafe limit. I left the studio with a sense of empowerment and crazy endorphin high!

  • This was my intro to Rowdy. Overall, I thought this was an excellent class and I would take this format again. Music and instructor were on point. I really like the structure of the class. I’d like to try power next to lift heavier. Heard Burn is similar to Sculpt with more cardio. Heat level was perfect.
