Amelia Buckley is the driving force behind The ROWDY Mermaid. With a passion for fitness and a love for creating vibrant energy, Amelia's journey as a fitness influence spans over a decade.
Her mission at The ROWDY Mermaid is simple: to cultivate an atmosphere where people feel supported, encouraged, and energized.
Amelia's credentials speak volumes about her expertise: she holds a CSCS certification, alongside group fitness certification from NASM, and is certified in CPR, AED, and first aid.
With a background rooted in strength and conditioning, Amelia's experience is displayed by her collegiate swimming career, earning her the title of a four-time NCAA All-American athlete.
Beyond the gym walls, Amelia embraces an active lifestyle, indulging in activities like surfing, running, and swimming, with a particular fondness for beach workouts blending sand training, surfing, and swimming.
As a health and physical education teacher, Amelia's dedication to fitness extends beyond her business. Her inclusive approach caters to individuals of all levels, including adapted physical education.

Kristen is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and licensed Barre instructor with a gift for blending strength and grace.
With three years of teaching and coaching experience, she’s built a class style that merges the fluid control of Pilates and barre with the power of strength training. The result is a dynamic, challenging, and energizing workout that leaves clients stronger, more balanced, and confident in their movement.
Her Barre, Pilates, and Strength classes at The Rowdy Mermaid reflect her passion for both fitness and the ocean.
When she’s not leading in the studio, Kristen is in the water surfing, lifeguarding, teaching surf lessons, or capturing the ocean through her photography.

Once an international step champion, Eleonora has since evolved into a globally recognized yoga teacher, fitness influencer, and author, partnering with top brands and inspiring communities around the world.
