Private ROWDY Events

You bring the people. We bring the instructor, the energy, and everything your guests need for a full 60-minute class experience they will genuinely talk about afterward.

This option includes a 60-minute class led by one of our certified ROWDY instructors, full front desk support for your group, and exclusive use of the studio space for the duration of your event.

Pricing:

Up to 12 guests: $399 (instructor included)

For groups of 13 to 28 guests, pricing is $399 plus $30 per additional guest beyond 12.

To give you a clear picture of what that looks like in practice:

  • A group of 8 guests: $399

  • A group of 15 guests: $489 (instructor pay $125)

  • A group of 28 guests: $879 (instructor pay $150)

Need more time before or after your event? Extended time can be added to any Private ROWDY Event booking.

  • 30 additional minutes: $125

  • 60 additional minutes: $200

Studio Rental Only

If you are bringing your own certified instructor and want to use our space independently, the Studio Rental option gives you exclusive access to the studio with front desk support included.

Please note that all outside instructors are required to submit proof of insurance and current certification prior to the event. These can be uploaded directly through the booking inquiry form below.

Up to 12 guests: $299

For groups of 13 to 28 guests, pricing is $299 plus $20 per additional guest beyond 12.

FAQs

  • Regardless of which option you choose, every booking at The ROWDY Mermaid includes exclusive use of the full studio space, professional front desk coverage for your event, our studio lighting and sound system, and standard equipment as agreed upon at the time of booking.

    You and your guests will have the space entirely to yourselves for the duration of your event.

  • We keep the process simple so you can focus on planning the actual event.

    Start by submitting an inquiry using the form below. We will review your request for availability and alignment with our values and follow up to confirm the details: your date and time, estimated headcount, instructor and equipment needs, final pricing, and any applicable security deposit.

    Final headcount is confirmed before the event date, and all charges are based on that final number. Payment is due in full prior to your event.

  • Yes! We do require insurance and proof of certification for all non-ROWDY instructors. There is a place for you to upload these documents in the booking form below.

  • In most cases, yes! Please provide a description of what you will be bringing in your inquiry form. A small cleaning fee may apply so we can keep the studio clean and sanitary for our members.
