Refresh: Our Favorite Homemade Wellness Drink for Vitality and Hydration

Needing a little something extra to motivate you to stay hydrated.? In need of a little pick-me-up?

My friend and I have been drinking this simple go to drink for years. 

Trust us, it's so good and makes you feel amazing!

What You'll Need:

Here's a simple recipe for our fresh start water:

  • Filtered water

  • 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • A dash of Himalayan sea salt

  • 1-2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

  • Optional: Sweetener of your choice (stevia, monk fruit, honey)

  (I sometimes add organic whole leaf aloe to support my digestion needs)

Let's Hydrate:

1. Grab a glass jar and fill it up with filtered water. We want to start with a clean slate, after all!

2. Squeeze in 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice. This will give your water a zesty kick and wake up those taste buds.

3. Add a dash of Himalayan sea salt. It might sound strange, but trust me!

4. Time to bring in the apple cider vinegar! Add 1 tablespoon to your water for a tangy twist. 

5. If you have a sweet tooth, feel free to add your preferred sweetener. 

6. Give your fresh start water a good stir and let the flavors mingle for a moment.

7. Finally, if you're in the mood for some extra chill, add some ice cubes to your glass jar. It's the perfect way to keep things cool and refreshing.

Take a sip and simply enjoy!
